Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation conditions

All excursions Excluding Helicopter, Siam Park VIP Houses & Private Charter Boat Trips

If the customer does not arrive on time or cancels the tour within 24 Hours, 100% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations made more than 24 hours will be a full refund.

Siam Park VIP Houses

Cancellations made up to 1 month prior to the day of the reservation will incur a 100% charge.

Cancellations before 1 month of the day of the reservation is a full refund.

Helicopter Trips

From the time of booking until 48 hours before your flight, 50% of the amount of the contracted flight will be charged. With less than 48 hours of your flight, 100% of the value will be charged.

Private Charter Boat Trips

If the customer cancels the tour less than 10 days before the start 100% of the value will be charged, more than 10 days will be a full refund.
